Research Histology Lab

The Research Histology Laboratory is a fee-for-service laboratory capable of providing specialized support to researchers at WMed and beyond. The lab provides routine and specialized histological services.

The services offered by the Research Histology Laboratory include:

  • Dissection
  • Tissue processing
  • Slide preparation from paraffin-embedded and frozen tissues
  • Routine and specialized histological staining
  • Immunohistochemical staining
  • Digital imaging of slides
