Juli McCarroll, MLIS, received her undergraduate degree in Spanish at the University of Toledo. She completed her Masters in Library and Information Science at Drexel University before accepting a position at Bowling Green State University as Head of Circulation and Interim Access Services Director, where she completed additional graduate degrees in English and Spanish. In that role, Ms. McCarroll managed staff and student employees, led them through technology upgrades, instructed patrons how to navigate, evaluate, request, and utilize physical and e-resources, carried out user studies, and presented findings at state conferences. She is currently an Informationist/Medical Librarian at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine where she provides services to support teaching, research, and patient care.
