Below you will find a summary of the salary and benefits offered to our residents. This summary is not intended to be contractual and is subject to change.

2021-2022 Annual Salary

  PGY-1 $58,500
PGY-2 $60,000
PGY-3 $61,500
PGY-4 $63,300
PGY-5 $64,500


Chiefs for three (3) and four (4) year programs receive one PGY step higher salary.

Chiefs for five (5) year programs receive the salary for PGY-V.

Tutor Compensation

$25 per hour for individual tutoring

$40 per hour for group tutoring (2-4 students)

All tutoring must be coordinated and approved with the Learning Skills Specialist in the Office of Student Affairs.
